Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penggunaan media audio visual terhadap konsentrasi anak di TK Negeri Pembina Mebali. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penggunaan media audio visual terhadap konsentrasi anak. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari satu orang guru dan lima orang anak yang mengalami kesulitan konsentrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru sudah tergolong baik. Guru mampu merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaram dengan baik menggunakan media audio visual. Guru juga memahami karakteristik anak dan cukup mahil dalam mengoperasikan media tersebut. konsentrasi anak menunjukkan hasil yang beragam, sebagian besar anak dapat fokus, namun ada beberapa anak yang masih kesulitan berkonsentrasi karena mudah bosan, mudah teralihkan, dan suka bergerak aktif. Kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh terhadap konsentrasi anak, namun media audio visual belum cukup untuk mengatasi seluruh kendala konsentrasi yang dialami anak. ABSTRACT This study examines the pedagogical competence of teachers in the use of audiovisual media to enhance children's concentration at TK Negeri Pembina Mebali. The objective of this study is to analyze teachers' pedagogical competence in utilizing audiovisual media to improve children's concentration. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research participants consisted of one teacher and five children who experienced difficulties in maintaining concentration. The findings indicate that the teacher's pedagogical competence is categorized as good. The teacher was able to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate the learning process using audiovisual media. In addition, the teacher demonstrated a good understanding of children's characteristics and was sufficiently skilled in operating the audiovisual media. The children's levels of concentration varied. Most of the children were able to maintain their focus during learning activities, while some still experienced difficulties due to boredom, susceptibility to distractions, and a tendency to be physically active. The study concludes that the teacher's pedagogical competence has a positive influence on children's concentration. However, the use of audiovisual media alone is not sufficient to overcome all concentration-related challenges experienced by the children.
