Abstract
Masalah prokrastinasi akademik memberikan dampak pada kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah, seperti menunda-nunda pengerjaan tugas, terlambat mengumpulkan pekerjaan sekolah, serta kurang persiapan dalam menghadapi ujian atau kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik siswa di kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK). Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui 2 siklus dan pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dikatakan berhasil apabila 60% siswa mengalami perubahan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, setelah pelaksanaan siklus pertama sebanyak 52% siswa mengalami perubahan perilaku, dan pada siklus kedua sebanyak 85% siswa menunjukkan perbaikan dalam prokrastinasi akademik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik self-management dapat mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Kelompok, Prokrastinasi Akademik, PTBK The problem of academic procrastination has an impact on student discipline at school, such as delaying completing assignments, being late in completing schoolwork, and being underprepared for exams or learning activities. This study aims to determine how the implementation of group guidance services can address academic procrastination in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara. The method used in this study is the Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK). The study was conducted through two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The study was considered successful if 60% of students experienced changes in academic procrastination behavior. Based on the results obtained, after the implementation of the first cycle, 52% of students experienced behavioral changes, and in the second cycle, 85% of students showed an increase in academic procrastination. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of group guidance services with information-providing techniques and self-management techniques can address students' academic procrastination.
