Abstract
Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) berperan dalam nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 7 Tikala. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan lewat observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaguru PAK berperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui pembelajaran. Peran tersebut duwujudkan sebagai pendidik,sumber belajar,fasilitator, mentor, teladan, supervisior, konselor,inovator, motivator, dan elevator. Guru PAK mengingintegrasikan ajaran Kristen dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui keteladanan sikap seperti kedisiplinan,kejujuran, bertanggung jawab, adil, saling menghormati. Nilai-nilai ini diintegrasikan melalui cerita, diskusi, role-playing, dan pembiasaan di kelas dan lingkungan sekolah. Pembelajaran yang melibatkan seluruh indera siswa membuat nilai lebih mudah dipahami dan dihayati. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti perbedaan karakter siswa dan keterbatasan waktu, guru tetap mampu untuk pendekatan secara personal. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran yang aktif dan kontekstual terbukti membantu siswa menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam keseharian mereka. Kata Kunci: Guru PAK, Nilai Pancasila ABSTRACT This study describes how Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers play a role in instilling Pancasila values in fifth-grade students at Tikala 7 Public Elementary School. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers play a crucial role in instilling Pancasila values through learning. These roles are manifested as educators, learning resources, facilitators, mentors, role models, supervisors, counselors, innovators, motivators, and elevators. Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers integrate Christian teachings with Pancasila values by exemplifying attitudes such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, fairness, and mutual respect. These values are integrated through stories, discussions, role-playing, and habituation in the classroom and school environment. Learning that involves all students' senses makes the values easier to understand and internalize. Despite obstacles such as differences in student character and time constraints, teachers are still able to approach them personally. Overall, active and contextual learning has been proven to help students instill Pancasila values in their daily lives. Keywords: PAK Teacher, Pancasila Values.
