Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari situasi nyata di lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa masih belum mencapai tingkat yang diharapkan dalam penerapan pembelajaran berbasis reward. Beberapa permasalahan yang terlihat antara lain siswa sering mengganggu konsentrasi temannya pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung, serta siswa keluar dan masuk kelas tanpa izin. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis reward terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan siswa kelas V di SDN 6 Makale Utara. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis reward memberikan dampak positif terhadap siswa. Siswa menampilkan antusiasme yang lebih tinggi, memiliki dorongan belajar yang lebih kuat, menunjukkan partisipasi yang lebih aktif selama pembelajaran di kelas, dan mengalami peningkatan dalam hal kedisiplinan. Selain itu, penerapan sistem reward ini turut memperkuat pola perilaku positif siswa dalam setiap aktivitas pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, reward, kedisiplinan Siswa. ABSTRACK This study departs from the real situation in the field, which shows that student discipline has not yet reached the expected level in the application of reward-based learning. Some of the problems observed include students often disturbing their classmates' concentration during teaching and learning activities, as well as students leaving and entering the classroom without permission. Based on these conditions, this study aims to investigate the extent of the influence of reward-based learning on the level of discipline among fifth-grade students at SDN 6 Makale Utara. In conducting this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach through three data collection techniques, namely interviews, direct observation, and documentation study. The results of the study show that reward-based learning has a positive impact on students. Students display higher enthusiasm, have a stronger motivation to learn, show more active participation during classroom learning, and experience an increase in discipline. In addition, the implementation of this reward system also strengthens students' positive behavior patterns in every learning activity. Keywords: Learning, rewards, student discipline.
