Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru pendidikan agama kristen dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di UPT SDN 1 Gandangbatu sillanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dukumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru pendidikan agama kristen (PAK), berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa sebagai role model, fasilitator, dan pendidik karakter dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Peran-peran ini diimplementasikan melalui berbagai strategi, seperti pembentukan karakter, penerapan aturan dan motivasi spiritual. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah. Kata Kunci: Guru PAK, Pedisiplinan Siswa, Pendidik Karakter. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the role of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers in enhancing student discipline at UPT SDN 1 Gandangbatu Sillanan. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The findings indicate that CRE teachers play a vital role in improving student discipline by serving as role models, facilitators, and character educators. These roles are implemented through various strategies, including character development, rule enforcement, and spiritual motivation. This study is expected to contribute to the development of student discipline in schools. Keywords: CRE Teachers, Student Discipline, Character Educator.
