Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa sebagai indikator keberhasilan proses pendidikan. Banyak siswa mengalami hambatan dalam mencapai prestasi belajar yang optimal, terutama dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, yang dapat disebabkan oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bimbingan konseling belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI.5 di SMA Kristen Makale. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan bimbingan belajar mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, sehingga dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar di lingkungan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan belajar, prestasi belajar, faktor internal, faktor eksternal. ABSTRACT Background of this research is based on the importance of improving students’ academic achievement as an indicator of the success of the educational process. Many students face obstacles in achieving optimal learning outcomes, particularly in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, which may be influenced by both internal and external factors. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of learning guidance on the academic achievement of Grade XI.5 students at SMA Kristen Makale. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that learning guidance have an influence on students’ academic achievement. The study concludes that the implementation of learning guidance can improve students’ learning outcomes, thus serving as an effective strategy to enhance academic achievement within the school environment.
