Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dalam meminimalisir konformitas teman sebaya di kelas X TAB K SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Pokok masalahnya adalah tingginya tingkat konformitas negatif pada siswa yang berdampak pada perilaku maladaptif seperti keterlambatan dan membolos dan kurangnya motivasi belajar. Teori dasarnya meliputi bimbingan kelompok sebagai layanan konseling untuk pengembangan diri, dan sosiodrama sebagai teknik bermain peran untuk memahami dinamika sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain subjek tunggal (A-B design), melibatkan 37 siswa kelas X TAB K. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis visual grafik, didukung uji PND. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama sangat efektif dalam meminimalisir konformitas teman sebaya, dibuktikan dengan nilai PND yang mencapai lebih dari 90% pada sebagian besar partisipan. Kata kunci: Bimbingan Kelompok, Teknik Sosiodrama, Konformitas ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of sociodrama technique group guidance in minimizing peer conformity in class X TAB K SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. The main problem is the high level of negative conformity in students which has an impact on maladaptive behavior such as lateness and truancy and lack of learning motivation. The basic theory includes group guidance as a counseling service for self-development, and sociodrama as a role-playing technique to understand social dynamics. The research method used quantitative with a single subject design (A-B design), involving 37 students of class X TAB K. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and visual graphic analysis, supported by the PND test. The results of the study showed that sociodrama technique group guidance was very effective in minimizing peer conformity, as evidenced by the PND value reaching more than 90% in most participants.
