Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management terhadap disiplin belajar siswa di SMKN 1 Tana Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pre-eksperimen, desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 peserta didik kelas XI Teknik Konstruksi dan Perumahan yang dipilih secara purposive. Data disiplin belajar diukur menggunakan skala yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test untuk mengetahui signifikan tidaknya pengaruh teknik self management setelah diberikan intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor disiplin belajar setelah pemberian layanan konseling kelompok teknik self management, dengan nilai t_hitung = 4,76 dan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of self-management group counseling services on student learning discipline at SMKN 1 Tana Toraja. The study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental, one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 30 grade 11 Construction and Housing Engineering students selected purposively. Learning discipline data were measured using a scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test to determine the significance of the self-management technique after the intervention. The results showed an increase in learning discipline scores after the provision of self-management group counseling services, with a t-value of 4.76 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect.
