Abstract
Masalah perilaku menyontek memberikan dampak pada ketidakjujuran siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas maupun ujian, hal tersebut terjadi karena beberapa alasan, seperti kurangnya motivasi belajar, kebiasaan berbohong, membenarkan segala cara, serta kurangnya rasa percaya diri yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi layanan konseling kelompok teknik behavioral untuk mengurangi perilaku menyontek siswa SMP Negeri 1 Mengkendek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK). Dilaksanakan melalui 2 siklus dan pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil apabila 60% siswa mengalami perubahan perilaku menyontek. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan setelah pelaksanaan siklus pertama yaitu 50% siswa mengalami perubahan perilaku menyontek dan pada siklus kedua yaitu 83% siswa mengalami perubahan perilaku menyontek. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan mengimplementasikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavioral dapat mengurangi perilaku menyontek siswa. Kata Kunci : Layanan Konseling Kelompok, Perilaku Menyontek, PTBK ABSTRACT The problem of cheating behavior has an impact on students' dishonesty in doing assignments or exams, this happens for several reasons, such as lack of motivation to learn, the habit of lying, justifying everything, and lack of self-confidence. This study aims to determine how the implementation of group counseling services with behavioral techniques can reduce cheating behavior of students at SMP Negeri 1 Mengkendek. The method used in this study is Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK). It is carried out through 2 cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and documentation. This study is said to be successful if 60% of students experience changes in cheating behavior. Based on the results obtained after the implementation of the first cycle, 50% of students experienced changes in cheating behavior and in the second cycle, 83% of students experienced changes in cheating behavior. Thus, it can be concluded that implementing group counseling services with behavioral techniques can reduce students' cheating behavior. Keywords: Group Counseling Services, Cheating Behavior, PTBK.
