Abstract
Strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pelaksanaan penilaian berorientasi HOTS di Sekolah Dasar Kristen Rantepao 5 merupakan penelitian akademik pada strata 2 yang beritik tolak dari permasalahan kemampuan guru menyusun instrumen penilaian berorientasi HOTS mulai menuliskan indikator soal, membuat rubrik penilaian dan melaksanakan penilaian berorientasi HOTS dengan menggunakan berbagai teknis dan pendekatan. Selain itu juga mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola capaian hasil penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta mengimplementasikan kedalam proses belajar mengajar serta menyampaikan laporan hasil belajar dalam bentuk nilai rapor. Permasalahan tersebut dirumuskan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian yang difokuskan pada aspek strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru melaksanakan penilaian berorientasi Higher Order Thinking Skills {HOTS) di Sekolah Dasar Kristen Rantepao 5 Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Kajian ini berpangkal pada teori penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan, kompetensi guru sebagai evaluator dalam mengintegrasikan pembelajaran dan penilaian berorientasi HOTS. Sementara data di lapangan diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui teknik triangulasi dengan analisas data, mereduksi data, mendisplay data dan menarik kesimpulan serta verifikasi data. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika pelaksanaan penilaian berorientasi HOTS di SD Kristen Rantepao 5 terletak pada kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional. Oleh karena itu, strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pelaksanaan penilaian berorientasi HOTS dilakukan melalui perencanaan program sekolah secara baik yang meliptuti pelatihan, bimbingan secara teknis dan supervisi dan dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah penyusunan program peningkatan kompetensi guru secara intensif dan berkesinambungan melalui Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dan diartikulasikan dalam bentuk rencana kerja sekolah yang selanjutnya dievaluasi melalui penilaian kinerja guru dan ditindaklanjuti melalui kegiatan supervisi pendidikan baik supervisi teknis maupun supervisi klinis yang berfungsi sebagai pengendalian, pendampingan dan pengawasan kepala sekolah. In addition, they also experience difficulties in managing and describing the achievement of the results of the assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills as well as implementing assessments in the teaching and learning process to submitting reports on learning outcomes in the form of report cards. These problems were formulated in the implementalion of research that focused on aspects of teacher competency improvement strategies carrying out Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-oriented assessments at Rantepao 5 Christian Elementary School, North Toraja Regency. This study is based on the theory of attitude, knowledge and skill assessment, teacher competence as an evaluator in integrating HOTS-oriented learning and assessment. Meanwhile, data in the field was obtained using qualitative research methods through triangulation techniques with data analysis, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions and data verification. The findings of the study indicate that the problem with implementing HOTS-oriented assessments in Rantepao 5 Christian Elementary School lies in pedagogic competence and professional competence. Therefore, the strategy for increasing teacher competence in the implementation of HOTS-oriented assessments is carried out through good school program planning which includes training, technical guidance and supervision and is carried out with steps to develop an intensive and continuous teacher competency improvement program through the Teacher Working Group (KKG).and articulated in the fonn of a school work plan which is then evaluated through teacher petformance assessments and followed up through educational supervision activities, both technical supervision and clinical supervision, which function as control, mentoring and supervision of school principals.
