Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka di SDN 1 Rembon sudah berjalan. namun yang menjadi kendala, kurikulum ini belum bisa berjalan dengan baik karena kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan pada guru dalam mengaplikasikan kurikulum merdeka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis kompetensi Pedagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen melalui kurikulum merdeka di SDN 1 Rembon. Metode penelitian yang akan penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran tidak hanya tergantung pada kurikulum yang diterapkan, namun ada pada kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran serta keterampilan guru dalam hal mengembangkan kurikulum untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa. Guru pendidikan agama kristen perlu memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dalam hal mengelolah pembelajaran karena peting bagi seorang guru pendidikan agama Kristen menyadari tangung jawabnya sebagai seorang pendidik yang lebih inovatif, kreatif dalam membimbing peserta didik yang berkarakter. Kata Kunci: kompetensi pedagogik Guru, pendidikan agama kristen, kurikulum merdeka. ABSTRACT The independent curriculum at SDN 1 Rembon has already been implemented. However, the obstacle is that this curriculum has not been implemented well due to the lack of understanding and skills among teachers in applying the independent curriculum. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers through the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Rembon. The research method that the author will use in this study is qualitative research through field studies. The research results indicate that the success of learning is not only dependent on the implemented curriculum but also on the teacher's ability to design learning and the teacher's skills in developing the curriculum to meet students' learning needs. Christian religious education teachers need to possess pedagogical competence in managing learning because it is important for a Christian religious education teacher to recognize their responsibility as an educator who is more innovative and creative in guiding character-building students.
