Abstract
Konsentrasi merupakan perubahan perilaku dari setiap siswa. Siswa kelas V SDN 002 Tandung menunjukkan tanda-tanda kurangnya konsentrasi dalam pembelajaran, seperti sering berpindah tempat duduk, tidak menyimak saat diajak bicara, mengalihkan topik pembicaraan, dan sering mengobrol dengan teman selama pelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengkaji bagaimana konsentrasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN 002 Tandung dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model active learning dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menjadikan guru kelas V sebagai subjek penelitian. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan tiga teknik utama yakni wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa penerapan model active learning telah terbukti meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa melalui tiga aspek utama. Pada aspek kognitif, siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir analitis dan kritis dalam menghadapi berbagai topik dan permasalahan yang dibahas. Sementara itu, aspek afektif membantu siswa menerapkan pengetahuan mereka dalam aktivitas pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan materi. Aspek psikomotorik mendorong siswa untuk mengasah kemampuan evaluasi dan analisis kritis terhadap materi yang dipelajari. Kata Kunci: konsentrasi belajar, active learning ABSTRACT Concentration is a process of behavior change, which expresses basic attitudes and values, knowledge and skills from various fields of study in the form of mastery, application and evaluation. Fifth grade students of SDN 002 Tandung showed signs of lack of concentration in learning, such as frequently changing seats, not listening when spoken to, changing the topic of conversation, and frequently chatting with friends during lessons. This study was conducted to examine how the concentration of learning of grade V students of SDN 002 Tandung can be improved through the application of the active learning model in the subject of Christian Religious Education. The researcher used a qualitative approach by making grade V teachers as the research subjects. Research data were collected using three main techniques, namely interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of this study are that the application of the active learning model has been proven to improve students' learning concentration through three main aspects. In the cognitive aspect, students develop analytical and critical thinking skills in dealing with various topics and problems discussed. Meanwhile, the affective aspect helps students apply their knowledge in learning activities related to the material. The psychomotor aspect encourages students to hone their evaluation and critical analysis skills on the material being studied. Keywords: concentration, active learning, discipline.
