Abstract
ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas III SDN 9 Nanggala adalah kurangnya kedisiplinan siswa dalam pembelajaran PAK berdasarkan indikator kedisiplinan karena yang tidak tepat waktu masuk kelas, siswa tidak mengerjakan tugas tepat waktu, dan tidak menaati peraturan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan reward dan punishment pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di kelas III SDN 9 Nanggala yang tujuannya sejalan dengan teori dari Pramudya Ikranagara bahwa dengan pemberian reward dan punishment maka kedisiplinan siswa dalam pembelajaran meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan pada pra siklus 29%, pada siklus I pertemuan 1 mengalami peningkatan 43%, pada pertemuan 2 mencapai 59%, dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yaitu 78%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan reward dan punishment pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di kelas III SDN 9 Nanggala dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. ABSTRACT The problem that occurs in class III of SDN 9 Nanggala is the lack of student discipline in learning PAK based on discipline indicators because they do not enter class on time, students do not do their assignments on time, and they do not obey the rules in class learning. The aim of the research is to increase student discipline in the learning process by applying rewards and punishments in Christian Religious Education learning in class III of SDN 9 Nanggala, the aim of which is in line with Pramudya Ikranagara's theory that by providing rewards and punishment, student discipline in learning increases. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method with two cycles consisting of four stages, namely planning, action, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection in this research was by observation and documentation. The results of classroom action research carried out in the pre-cycle were 29%, in cycle I, meeting 1, there was an increase of 43%, in meeting 2 it reached 59%, and in cycle II there was an increase of 78%. So it can be concluded that by implementing rewards and punishment in Christian Religious Education learning in class III at SDN 9 Nanggala, student discipline can be improved.
