Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah siswa broken home yang sering menunjukkan sikap kurang sopan di kelas, mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran juga kurangnya relasi dengana orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran guru PAK dalam membentuk well being pada siswa broken home di kelas XI SMK Kristen Makale. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori resiliensi dan teori John Bowbly. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah guru PAK dan siswa broken home. Jenis data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru PAK sebagai motivator dan pembimbing dalam membentuk well being pada siswa broken home, dilakukan dengan cara mendekati anak broken home untuk mendengarkan curahan hati siswa dan memberikan motivasi serta bimbingan spiritual. Siswa broken home sangat membutuhkan motivasi dan bimbingan sehingga peran guru PAK sebagai motivator dan pembimbing dapat menjadi contoh dan teladan sebagai pemimpin dan panutan. Kata kunci : Guru PAK, Well Being, Broken Home ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problem of broken home students who often show impolite attitudes in clss, experience difficulties in the learning process and lack relationshihps with other people. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of PAK teachers in forming well being among broken home students in class XI of Makale Christian Vocational School. This research uses resilience theory and Jhon Bowbly’s theory. This study used qualitative research methods. The research informants were PAK teachers and broken home students. Primary and secondary data types. The data collections techniques used were observation and interviews. The data analysis teachniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and drawing coclusions. The results of the research show that the role of PAK teachers as motivators and mentors in forming well being in broken home students is carried out by approaching broken home children to to listen to students’ feelings and provide motivation and spiritual guidance. Broken home students really need motivation and guidance so that the role of PAK teachers as motivators and mentors can be examples and role models as leaders and role models.
