Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemberian rewarddalam mencapai target penjualan melalui sistembisnis multi lever markething dalam penjualan produk.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pemberian reward untuk meningatkan motivasi kinerja, dalam penulisan ini menggunakan penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan metode ini penulis bisa mengentahui dampak signifikan dari pemberian reward bagi member Imogen. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, pemberian reward dapat meningkatan motivasi kinerja member melalui pencapaian target penjualan. Pemberian reward ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi kinerja para member Imogen Kata Kunci :Reward, Motivasi, Kinerja. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the provision of rewards in achieving sales targets through a multi-lever marketing business system in product sales. The purpose of this study is to see the provision of rewards to remind performance motivation, in this writing the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach method, with this method the author can find out the significant impact of giving rewards for Imogen members.The results of this study are that the provision of rewards can increase member performance motivation through the achievement of sales targets. So that this writing answers the purpose of the research, which is that the provision of this reward can increase the performance motivation of Imogen members Keywords: Reward, Motivation, Performance
