Abstract
ABSTRAK Marsela Novin Palimbong Penerapan Metode Reward and Punishment dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Kelas V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan. Jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) terdiri dari 2 siklus dan dilaksanakan dalam empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, refleksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di kelas V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan dengan menggunakan metode Reward and Punishment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode reward and punishment efektif meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di kelas V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil capaian pada presentase siswa pada setiap siklus yakni pada siklus I jumlah 57,21% dan pada siklus II 78,88%. Artinya dari penelitian ini penerapan metode reward and punishment dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di kelas V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan. Kata Kunci: Reward and Punishment, Kedisiplinan Belajar, Pendidikan Agama Kristen ABSTRACT Marsela Novin Palimbong Application of the Reward and Punishment Method in Improving Student Learning Discipline in Christian Religious Education Learning in Class V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan. This type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) consists of 2 cycles and is carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, observation, reflection. The aim of this research is to improve student learning discipline in Christian Religious Education Learning in class V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan using the Reward and Punishment method. The results of this research indicate that the application of the reward and punishment method is effective in increasing student learning discipline in Christian Religious Education learning in class V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan. This can be seen from the achievement results in the percentage of students in each cycle, namely in cycle I the number was 57.21% and in cycle II 78.88%. This means that from this research the application of the reward and punishment method can improve student learning discipline in Christian Religious Education learning in class V UPT SDN 8 Gandangbatu Sillanan.
