Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya konflik antar teman sebaya yang memerlukan penanganan agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan optimal dan dapat memenuhi tugas perkembangan pada remaja. Teknik sosiodrama merupakan suatu bentuk permainan peran yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah sosial yang muncul dalam interaksi antar individu ditandai dengan perubahan perilaku pada siswa yaitu dengan saling membantu, saling menyanyangi, bekerjasama, mencari solusi dan membangun keakraban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dalam mengatasi konflik antar teman sebaya di kelas XI SMKS Tira Rantetayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (PTBK), dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini kelas XI SMKS Tira Rantetayo yang berjumlah 8 siswa. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dapat mengatasi konflik antar teman sebaya di kelas XI SMKS Tira Rantetayo. Peningkatan perubahan perilaku siswa dapat dilihat dari skor rata-rata kelas dari pratindakan sampai siklus II. Pada pra siklus rata-rata skor kelas 48%, pada siklus I dilakukan 2 kali pertemuan meningkat dengan skor rata-rata kelas 68%, pada siklus II yang dilakukan 2 kali pertemuan meningkat dari siklus I dengan skor rata-rata 85%. Kata Kunci: Teknik Sosiodrama, Konflik Teman Sebaya ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the presence of conflicts among peers that require resolution to ensure the learning process runs optimally and meets the developmental tasks of adolescents. The sociodrama technique is a form of role-playing aimed at resolving social issues arising from interactions between individuals. It is marked by behavioral changes in students, such as helping each other, caring for one another, collaborating, seeking solutions, and building camaraderie. The purpose of this study is to implement group guidance services using the sociodrama technique to address peer conflicts in grade XI students at SMKS Tira Rantetayo.This study employs a counseling action research method (PTBK), conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study are eight grade XI students at SMKS Tira Rantetayo. Data collection was carried out through observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of group guidance services using the sociodrama technique can effectively resolve peer conflicts in grade XI students at SMKS Tira Rantetayo. The improvement in student behavior is evidenced by the increase in the average class score from pre-action to cycle II. In the pre-cycle, the average class score was 48%. In cycle I, conducted over two sessions, the average class score increased to 68%. In cycle II, also conducted over two sessions, the average class score further increased to 85%.
