Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengenai perencanaan karir seperti; kurangnya informasi mengenai perguruan tinggi, kelompok mata pelajaran, dunia kerja, minat, bakat, dan jurusan yang sesuai dengan potensi, oleh karena itu, untuk membantu siswa dalam merencanakan karirnya, guru BK dapat memberikan layanan informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan informasi pada perencanaan karir siswa di kelas X.8 SMA Negeri 5 Tana Toraja. Metode penelitian berupa penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, display data, dan interpretasi atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan informasi di SMA Negeri 5 Tana Toraja di mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, analisis hasil evaluasi, tindak lanjut, dan pelaporan. Layanan informasi dilaksanakan melalui layanan klasikal, bimbingan kelompok, bimbingan individu dan poster mengenai karir yang ditempel diruang BK. Layanan informasi yang telah dilaksanakan dapat membantu siswa dalam merencanakan karirnya. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi, Perencanaan Karir. ABSTRACT This research was conducted because of the lack of understanding of students regarding career planning such as; lack of information about universities, subject groups, the world of work, interests, talents, and majors that match potential, therefore, to help students in planning their careers, counseling teachers can provide information services. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of information services on student career planning in class X.8 SMA Negeri 5 Tana Toraja. The research method is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews and documents. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and interpretation or conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of information services at SMA Negeri 5 Tana Toraja starts from the planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of evaluation results, follow-up, and reporting stages. Information services are carried out through classical services, group guidance, individual guidance and posters about careers posted in the counseling room. Information services that have been implemented can help students in planning their careers. Keywords: Implementation of Information Services, Career Planning
