Abstract
ABSTRAK Elsa Putri Matangkin, Nirmn: 3020197109, judul skripsi "Analisis Peran Kaum Bapak Dalam Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Gereja Toraja Di Jemaat Pniel Rattelapa Klasis Malimbong". Skripsi ini ditulis dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan peran kaum bapak dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan gereja toraja di jemaat pniel rattelapa klasis malimbong. Kaum bapak memiliki tugas dan peran yaitu sebagai teladan, pendidik, iman, seorang pemimpin dalam gereja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Kaum Bapak Dalam Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Gereja Toraja Di Jemaat Pniel Rattelapa Klasis Malimbong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara langsung dengan kaum bapak dan majelis dan melalui observasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dalam hal ini pendeta serta majelis gereja mengharapkan kaum bapak lebih aktif dalam mengikuti ibadah baik itu dalam jemaat maupun persekutuan. Kaum bapak berperan dalam memberikan motivasi, dorongan, bertanggung jawab, mendidik, mengarahkan kepada hal-hal yang baik khusususnya kepada SMGT, PWGT, PPGT dan kepada PKB itu sendiri.. Kata Kunci: Peran Kaum Bapak, pertumbuhan gereja, persekutuan. ix ABSTRACT Elsa Putri Matangkin,Nirmn: 3020197109, thesis title "Anaysis of the role of fathers in increasingthe growth of the Toraja church in the Pniel Rattelapa klasis Malimbong Congregation". this thesis was written with the aim of describing the role of the fathers in increasing the growth of the Toraja church in the Pniel Rattelapa Klasis Malimbong Congregation. Fathers have duties and roles, hnamely role models, educators,believers, and leaders in the church. The purpose ofthis research is to determine the role of the fathers In increasing the growth ofthe Toraja church in the Pniel Rattelapa Klasis Malimbong Congregation. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely direct interuiews with fathers and councilors and through observation. The result ofthe research explain that in this case the the pastor and church council expect the fathers to be more active in participating in worship both in the congregation and in fellowship. Fathers play a role in providing motivation and encouragement, responsibility,education,directing good things,especially to SMGT, PWGT,PPGT and to PKB itself.
