Abstract
ABSTRAK Kristitin Paundanan (3020197169), menyusun skripsi dengan judul "Kepemimpinan Ribka Berdasarkan Kejadian 24 dan 27 (Analisis Kepemimpinan Berperspektif Gender dan Implikasinya bagi Keluarga Kristen di Gereja KIBAID Jemaat Rantebia)" .Skripsi ini ditulis di bawah bimbingan Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta, M.Th., dan Anissa Citra Paonganan, M.Pd. Kepemimpinan menjadi isu yang amat populer manakahlah jika dikaitkan dengan perilaku manusia. Dalam konteks kepemimpinan Ribka berdasarkan kitab kejadian 24 dan 27 menjelaskan tentang kepemimpinan Ribka sebagai istri Ishak dalam keluarga Abraham. Ribka merupakan salah satu tokoh dalam kitab kejadian yang memainkan peran penting dalam melaksanakan rencana Tuhan. Ribka memiliki karakter yang taat terhadap Tuhan, rajin dan cerdik. Dalam kitab kejadian, perspektif Ribka memberikan pemahaman yang kaya dan menarik tentang perannya dalam kisah keluarga Abraham. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan Kepemimpinan Ribka berdasarkan Kejadian 24 dan 27 (Analisis Kepemimpinan Berperspektif Gender dan Implikasinya bagi Keluarga Kristen Di Gereja KIBAID Jemaat Rantebia). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada informan serta studi literatur dengan meninjau buku dan artikel jurnal untuk mendapatkan infromasi yang sesuai dengan masalah yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman anggota gereja KIBAID Jemaat Rantebia mengenai kepemimpinan Ribka dan Implikasinya bagi keluarga Kristen di Gereja KIBAID Jemaat Rantebia belum maksimal sehingga penerapan kepemimpinan Ribka bagi Jemaat Rantebia masih kurang. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Ribka, Gender, Kejadian, Keluarga Kristen dan Gereja KIBAID ABSTRACT Kristitin Paundanan (3020197169), contpiled a thesis entitled "Rebekah's Leadership Based on Genesis 24 and 27 (Analysis of Leadership front a Gender Perspective and Its Implications for Christian Fantilies in the KIBAID Church of the Rantebia Congregation)". Titis thesis was written under the guidance of Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta, M.Th., and Anissa Citra Paonganan, M.Pd. Leadership is a very popular issue when it is related to human behavior. In the context of Rebekah's leadership, based on the book of Genesis 24 and 27, it explains Rebekah's leadership as Isaac's wife in Abrahant's family. Rebekah is one of the characters in the book of Genesis who plays an important role in carrying out God's plan. Rebekah has a character that obeys God, is diligent and clever. In the book of Genesis, Rebekah's perspective provides a rich and interesting understanding of her role in the story of Abrahant's family. Thepurpose ofthis research was to explain Rebekah's leadership based on Genesis 24 and 27 (Analysis of Leadership front a Gender Perspective and its Implications for Christian Fantilies in the KIBAID Church of the Rantebia Congregation). The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection is through observation and in-depth interviews with infbrmants as well as literature studies by reviewing books and journal articles to obtain Information that is appropriate to the problem being studied. Based on the results of research in the field, it shows that the understanding ofmembers ofthe KIBAID Rantebia Congregation church regarding Rebekah's leadership and its implications for Christian fantilies in the KIBAID Rantebia Congregation Church is not optimal so that the implementation of Rebekah's leadership for the Rantebia Congregation is still lacking.
