Abstract

Abstrak Irmaya Langi’ Mentodo’. “kepemimpinan keluarga Kristen persfekfif ecclesia domestica sebagai upaya merevitalisasi nilai budaya siriterhadap kasus pernikahandinidiJemaat Imanuel Saluledo”.Metode Penelitianini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam danobservasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siri’ umunya dipahami oleh Jemaat Saluledo sebagai rasa malu yang menyangkut harga diri sehingga sesuai dengan tataran ideal, siri’ dapat menjadi pengendali moral yang mendorong individu menghindariperbuatantidakbaikdanmemalukan.Namun,dalampraktiksosial terjadi disfungsi nilai dalam konteks pernikahan dini. Siri’ diabaikan pada tahap pencegahan, kemudian baru diaktifkan setelah terjadi pelanggaran moral seperti kehamilan diluar nikah atau bahkan aib potensial ketika anak sudah dibicarakan oleh orang lain. Dalam konteks ini, pernikahan dini hadir sebagai jalan pintas kultural untuk menutupi aib keluarga dengan mengatasnamakan siri’. Disini terjadi pergeseran fungsi siri’ dari instrumen pencegahan perbuatan tercela menjadi mekanisme penanganan pasca-pelanggaran atau bahkan sekedar sinyal aib muncul untuk menutupi aib keluarga. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan keluarga masih lemahdalamaspekpembinaanrohanianak.Minimnyapendidikanrohaniseperti doa bersama keluarga, ibadah, diskusi rohani dan bahkan keletadanan orang tua dalam aspek rohani menyebabkan internilaisasi nilai siri’ tidak berjalan optimal sesuai fungsinya. Ecclesia domestica ditawarkan sebagai strategi teologis-kontekstual untuk menyadarkan warga jemaat atas tanggung jawabnya sebagai pemimpinrohanidalamkeluarga.ketikakeluargaberfungsisebagaigerejarumah tangga, maka pembinaan anak berlangsung sejak dini berlandaskan takut akan Tuhan.Akhirnya,Siri’dapatdikembalikanpadaposisiaslinyasebagaipengendali moral, bukan sekedar alat untuk menutup aib. Abstract IrmayaLangiMentodo,"Persefective ecclesia domestica Christian family leadership as an effort to revitalize siri cultural values in cases of early marriage in the Imanuel Saluledo Church". This research method uses descriptive qualitative through in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the research show that siri is generally understood by the Saluledo congregation as a sense of shame that concerns self-esteem so that in accordance with the ideal level, siri can be a moral controller that encourages individuals to avoid bad and embarrassing actions. However,insocial practice there is value dysfunction in the context of early marriage. Siri' is ignored at the prevention stage,then only activated after a moral violation occurs such as pregnancy out of wedlock or even potential disgrace when the child has been discussed by others.In this context,early marriage appears as a cultural shortcut to cover up family disgracein the name of siri."Here there is a shift in the function of siri from an instrument for preventing disgraceful acts to a post-violation handling mechanism or even just a signal of disgrace appearing to cover up family disgrace. This research also shows that family leadership is still weak in the aspect of children's spiritual formation. The lack of spiritual education such as prayer with the family,worship,spiritual discussions and even parental neglect in spiritual as pectscauses the internalization of siri' values to not run optimally according to its function. Ecclesia domestica is offered as a contextual theological strategy to make congregation members aware of their responsibilities as spiritual leaders in the family.When the family functions as a house hold church, the formation of children take splace from an early age based on the fear of God.
