Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pembelajaran iman pelaku konversi dari Aluk Todolo ke Kristen di Lembang Leppan dalam perspektif Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus deskriptif dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi partisipatif. Data dari tiga pelaku konversi dan tiga majelis gereja dianalisis melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil menunjukkan konversi didasarkan pengalaman pribadi autentik tanpa tekanan. Gereja memberikan pembinaan melalui kunjungan rumah dan pendekatan personal. Aspek kognitif berkembang melalui pengajaran iman sederhana, afektif meningkat melalui pengalaman spiritual, psikomotorik terwujud dalam keaktifan ibadah dan perubahan perilaku. Pelaku konversi menerapkan nilai Kristiani dengan meninggalkan praktik Aluk Todolo, menjaga harmoni antarumat beragama melalui budaya gotong royong. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Iman, Konversi Agama, Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Aluk Todolo, Aspek Kognitif Afektif Psikomotorik ABSTRACT This study analyzes faith learning of religious converts from Aluk Todolo to Christianity in Lembang Leppan through Christian Religious Education perspective. Using qualitative descriptive case study method with semi-structured interviews and participant observation. Data from three converts and three church leaders analyzed through source and method triangulation. Results show conversion based on authentic personal experiences without external pressure. The church provides faith formation through home visits and personal approaches. Cognitive aspect develops through simple faith teaching, affective aspect grows through spiritual experiences, psychomotor aspect manifests in worship attendance and behavioral changes. Converts apply Christian values by abandoning Aluk Todolo practices while maintaining religious harmony through mutual cooperation culture.
