Abstract
Nelson Sugiono di tahun 2021 menyusun skripsi dengan juduk "Analisis Terhadap Kinerja Kepala Lem bang di Lem bang Randanan Kecamatan Mengkendek, Kabupaten Tana Toraja55. Skripsi ini dibimbing oleh Bapak Dr. Abraham S. Tanggulungan M.Si dan Ibu Anissa Citra Paonganan M.Pd. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh karena ada beberapa masyarakat yang belum merasakan betul kineija pemerintahan kepala Lembang yang sudah mencapai satu periode, dimana satu periode itu enam tahun per satu kali jabatan selama dilantik menjabat sebagai kepala Lembang. Kineija merujuk pada suatu hasil dan sejauh mana pemerintahan menjalankan suatu pemerintahan Lembang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kineija yang dilakukan kepala lembang di Lembang Randanan Kecamatan Mengkendek Kabupaten TanaToraja. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, melalui studi pusataka, observasi dan wawancara. Diakhir dari tulisan ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa suatu kinerja yang merupakan standar bagaimana suatu pekeijaan itu dilakasanakan demi mencapai suatu hasil yang baik. Khususnya pada kineija pemerintahan kepala Lembang sejauh ini yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat bisa dikatakan sudah beijalan sebagaimana apa yang sudah diprogramkan melalui musyawarah lembang. Program-program yang dijalankan sesuai dengan yang menjadi keputusan bersama dengan masyarakat kemudian dijalankan sesuai aturan-aturannya. Dari kineija tersebut dapat kita nilai dari indikator kineija diantaranya ialah kualitas keija, efektivitas keija, efisiensi keija, disiplin keija, komunikasi yang terjalin antara masyarakat serta dapat ditinjau dari tingkat kepuasan masyarakat atas kineijanya. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Lembang, Kepala Lembang, Randanan, Tana Toraja ABSTRACT In 2021, Nelson Sugiono wrote a thesis with the title: "Analysis of the Performance of the Head of Lembang in Lem bang Randanan, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency.'* This thesis was supervised by Dr. Abraham S. Tanggulungan M.Si and Mrs. Anissa Citra Paonganan M.Pd. This research is motivated by the fact that there are several people who have not really experienced the performance of the head of Lembang*s government which has reached one period, where one period is six years per one term as long as he is appointed as head of Lembang. Performance refers to the results and the extent to which the government carries out a Lembang government. The aim of this research is to find out the extent of the performance of the head of the lembang in Lembang Randanan, Mengkendek District, TanaToraja Regency. In this research, the author used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, through research studies, observations and interviews. At the end of this article, the author concludes that performance is a standard for how work is carried out in order to achieve good results. In particular, the performance of the government of the head of Lembang so fer as felt by the public can be said to be running as programmed through the Lembang deliberation. Programs are carried out in accordance with joint decisions with the community and then carried out according to the rules. From this performance, we can assess performance indicators including work quality, work effectiveness, work efficiency, work discipline, communication between the community and can be seen from the level of community satisfaction with their performance.
