Abstract
Kepemimpinan merupakan proses mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan seorang atau kelompok untuk mencapai visi dan tujuan keberhasilan bersama dalam mencapai sesuatu keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam mencapai suatu keberhasilan oeganisasi, dibutuhkannya seorang pemimpin yang mempunyai tujuan jelas, karakter yang dominan, mempunyai sikap terbuka terhadap anggota tim, saling mendukung dan memotivasi serta menjadi mentor yang baik. Sikap pemimpin tersebut tercermin pada karakter Monkey D. Luffy, melalui kepemimpinan saat dalam misi penyelamatan saudaranya Protgaz D. Ace di Marineford. Penulisan ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis konsep dan sikap kepemimpinan transformasional dalam karakter Monkey D. Luffy pada anime one piece. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu metode kualitati dengan analisi konten. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Monkey D. Luffy dalam kepemimpinannya menerapkan konsep kpemimpinan transformasional seperti pengaruh ideal, motivasi dan inspirasi, stimulasi intelektual, serta perhatian dan individual. Walaupun Luffy telah menggunakan konsep kepemimpinan transformasional dengan baik dalam misi penyelamatan Ace di Merineford, namun perlu dipahami bahwa konsep kepemimpinan transformasional tidak dapat digunakan oleh kelompok atau organisasi yang dibuat untuk sementara waktu. ABSTRACT Leadership is the process of influencing and directing a person on group to achieve a common vision and goal of success in achieving organization success. in achieving a successful organization, it takes a liader who has clear goals, a dominant character, has an open attitude towards team members, supports, and motivates each other and becomes a good mentor. the attitude of the leader is reflected in the character of Monkey D. Luffy, through leadership during the rescue mission of his brother Protgaz D. Ace in Marineford. This writing is done to analyze the concept and attitude of transformasional leadership in the character Monkey D. Luffy in the one piece anime. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method whit content analysis. The final result ofe this research shows that Monkey D. Luffy in his leadership applies transformasional leadership concepts such as idealized influence, motivation and inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and attention and individualization. Although Luffy has used the concept of transformational leadership well in Ace's rescue mission in Merineford, it should be understood that the concept of transformational leadership cannot be used by groups or organizations that are created temporarily.
