Abstract

Theo Lheci (3020218485), menyusun skripsi ini dengan judul “Faktor-faktor Penghambat Pengembangan UMKM Batitong Clothing di Kabupaten Tana Toraja”. Dalam penyusunan skripsi ini, penulis didampingi oleh dua dosen pembimbing yaitu Bapak Sepriadi Bunga’, S.Pd., M.Ag dan Bapak Markus Sakke Pauranan, S.E., M.Ag. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah terjadinya penurunan omset dari tahun 2022-2025 sehingga usaha tidak berjalan lancar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat pengembangan UMKM Batitong Clothing. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Tulus Tambunan terkait faktor penghambat UMKM yang berasal dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor penghambat perkembangan UMKM Batitong Clothing yakni keterbatasan modal menyebabkan usaha tidak berkembang, manajemen keuangan tidak diterapkan, manajemen waktu yang tidak konsisten dilakukan dan kualitas SDM belum optimal. Selain itu, persaingan yang ketat menyebabkan penurunan penjualan dan kesulitan mendapat pelanggan baru. Fluktuasi harga bahan baku sangat berpengaruh terhadap penentuan harga jual produk. ABSTRACT Theo Lheci (3020218485), compiled this thesis with the title "Factors Inhibiting the Development of Batitong Clothing UMKM in Tana Toraja Regency". In compiling this thesis, the author was assisted by two supervisors, namely Mr. Sepriadi Bunga', S.Pd., M.Ag and Mr. Markus Sakke Pauranan, S.E., M.Ag. The background of this study is a decline in turnover from 2022-2025 so that the business does not run smoothly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors inhibiting the development of Batitong Clothing UMKM. The theory used in this study is Tulus Tambunan's theory related to the inhibiting factors of UMKM originating from internal and external factors. In this study, qualitative methods were used and data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that several factors inhibiting the development of Batitong Clothing UMKM, namely limited capital causing the business not to develop, financial management is not implemented, inconsistent time management is carried out and the quality of human resources is not optimal. In addition, tight competition causes a decrease in sales and difficulty in getting new customers. Fluctuations in raw material prices greatly affect the determination of product selling prices.
