Abstract

Zhermita Grezya Pazcalya, 2022., Layanan Konseling Pastoral Dengan Pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Bagi Remaja Yang Kecanduan Menonton Video Porno Di Lembang Buntu Tangti dibimbing oleh Aussie Femy Tangdilintin M.Th., selaku pembimbing I dan Trisnawadi Darius, M.Th., selaku pembimbing II. Pornografi adalah segala sesuatu dalam bentuk gambar, tulisan, kata-kata, gerak tubuh yang mengarah pada kecabulan yang dibuat untuk merangsang seksualitas. Dampak kecanduan pornografi yaitu semakin meningkatnya rasa penasaran terhadap video porno dan dapat mendorong remaja untuk menirukan tindakan seksual yang telah ditonton oleh remaja, sehingga anak membutuhkan bantuan dalam mengurangi rasa penasaran terhadap video porno tersebut dengan konseling. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan dalam konseling adalah pendekatan cognitive behavioral therapy dengan teknik thought stopping. Dalam melakukan konseling terlebih dahulu dilakukan perencanaan layanan konseling. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan penulis setelah melakukan layanan konseling pastoral dengan pendekatan cognitive behavioral therapy terhadap remaja yang kecanduan menonton video porno. Penulis menemukan bahwa layanan konseling terhadap remaja yang kecanduan menonton video porno sangat berpengaruh dalam proses konseling yang akan dilakukan pada remaja, sehingga remaja dapat mengubah pola pikir dan tindakan yang negative yang dialami. Abstract Zhermita Grezya Pazcalya, 2022., Pastoral Counseling Services Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Approach for Adotescents Addicted to Watching Pom Videos in Lembang Buntu Tangti guided by Aussie Femy Tangdilintin M.Th., as advisor I and Trisnawadi Darius, M.Th., as advisor II. Pornography is anything in the form of pictures, writing, words, gestures that lead to obscenity made to stimulate sexuality. The impact of pornography addiction is increasing curiosity about pom videos and can encourage teenagers to imitate sexual acts that have been watched by teenagers, so that children need help in reducing curiosity about porn videos with counseling. One of the approaches used in counseling is the cognitive behavioral therapy approach with the thought stopping technique. In conducting counseling, counseling Service planning is first carried out. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research with a description method, data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The results of the research were obtained by the author after carrying out pastoral counseling Services using a cognitive behavioral therapy approach for adolescents who are addicted to watching porn videos. The author found that the counseling Services for adolescents who are addicted to watching porn videos greatly influences the counseling process that will be carried out on adolescents, so that adolescents can change the negative thought pattems and actions they experience.
