Abstract
Meryanti kutu’: 3020207699 menyusun skripsi ini dengan judul peran pengurus PPGT dalam mengoptimalkan LKPD di Jemaat Rarung-Lameme, di bimbing oleh Andres Barata Yudha,Ph.D. selaku dosen pembimbing I dan Rinaldus Tanduklangi, M.Pd. selaku dosen pembimbing II. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran pengurus PPGT untuk mengoptimalkan program LKPD di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Rarung-Lameme. Penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam bentuk observasi dan wawancara dengan pengurus PPGT serta dari sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan penulisan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengurus PPGT telah melakukan strategis untuk melaksanakan LKPD namun belum berjalan dengan optimal karena masalah sumber daya manusia, waktu pelaksanaan dan pembiayaan Kata kunci: Peran, LKPD, pengurus PPGT. ABSTRACT Meryanti kutu’: 3020207699 compiled this thesis with the title the role of PPGT administrators in optimizing LKPD in the Rarung-Lameme Congregation, supervised by Andres Barata Yudha, Ph.D. as the first supervisor and Rinaldus Tanduklangi, M.Pd. as the second supervisor. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of PPGT administrators in optimizing the LKPD program in the Toraja Church, Rarung-Lameme Congregation. In this writing, the author uses a qualitative research method which is carried out in the form of observation and interviews with PPGT administrators and from sources related to the writing. Based on the results of the study, PPGT administrators have carried out strategies to implement LKPD but have not run optimally due to problems with human resources, implementation time and financing.
