Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterampilan mengajar dan disiplin Dosen terhadap prestasi Mahasiswa. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah diambil secara acak. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Kristen Negeri (STAKN) Toraja. Jumlah kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 60 eksemplar. Unit analisis adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Program Studi Teologi pada semester 3, 5 dan 7. Proses analisis serta pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.0 under Windows sistem. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar dan disiplin Dosen tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi Mahasiswa. Dengan demikian Hj ditolak atau dengan kata lain bahwa keterampilan dan disiplin Dosen tidak mempengaruhi prestasi Mahasiswa. Kata kunci : keterampilan belajar, disiplin Dosen, Mahasiswa. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of teaching skills and discipline lecturer to student achievement. Sample selection method used is drawn at random. Research conducted at the College o f Christian Religious Affairs (STAKN) Toraja. Number of questionnaires distributed to 60 copies. The unit of analysis is the Student Christian Religious Education Program and Theological Studies Program in semester 3, 5 and 7. The process o f analyzing and processing the data using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 program under Windows system. These results indicate that the teaching skills and discipline lecturer had no significant effect on student achievement. Thus H1 is rejected, or in other words that the skills and discipline lecturer does not affect student achievement. Key words: learning skills, discipline Lecturers, Students.
