Abstract

Debora Nohalium. 2018. Implementasi PPK Berbasis K. 13 Dalam Pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Tondon Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Karakter, Kurikulum dan Pendidikan Kehidupan dewasa ini menunjukkan kemajuan di berbagai bidang kehidupan ekonomi, agama serta ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK). Hal ini berdampak terhadap pergeseran nilai-nilai moral, etika dan karakter bangsa semakin memudar (dekadensi moral) termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah yaitu pendidikan karakter bangsa yang diaplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya belum optimal sehingga mendorong pemerintah melalui Kemendikbud membuat kebijakan PPK berdasar Perpres 87/2017 untuk mengimplementasikan harmonisasi olah hati (religius dan nasionalis), olah pikir (mandiri), olah raga (gotong royong), dan olah karsa (integritas). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pelaksanaan implementasi PPK berbasis K. 13 dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Tondon Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu model interaktif dengan langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Tujuan dalam penelitian ini: menganalisis implementasi PPK yang memiliki 4 variabel yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur yang diintegrasikan dalam dokumen pembelajaran Silabus dan RPP berbasis K. 13 beserta karakteristiknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses implementasi PPK dilakukan melalui: 1) komunikasi: sekolah melalui rapat dan pendelegasian guru mengikuti pelatihan BIMTEK PPK serta mengartikulasikan dalam bentuk RENSTRA; 2) sumber daya: ketersediaan SDM baik secara kuantitas dan kualitas belum mencukupi, sumber dana belum ada partisipasi dari orang tua siswa dan masyarakat, serta fasilitas (sarana dan prasarana) belum memadai; 3) disposisi: menerapkan guru piket untuk memberi ucapan salam kepada siswa yang datang di sekolah, tetapi perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal keteladanan kedisiplinan kerja; 4) struktur: sekolah menerapkan SOP, Struktur pelaksana satuan pendidikan dan TUPOKSL Dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran Silabus dan RPP berbasis K. 13 guru mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai PPK dan Kepala Sekolah serta Waka Sekolah melakukan fungsi supervisi. Hasil dari integrasi PPK berbasis K. 13 siswa SMP Negeri 2 Tondon menunjukkan adanya perubahan sikap religius dan nasionalis hasil dari olah hati, mandiri hasil olah pikir, gotong royong hasil olah raga, dan integritas hasil olah karsa. Implementation of Strengthening Character Educalion Based on Curriculum 2013 in Leaming of the SMP Negeri 2 Tondon Kabupaten Toraja Utara Keywords: Implementation, Character, Curriculum, and Educating. Presentlly, dailylife shows progress in various fields of life, such as economics, religion and Science and technology. This has an impact on the shifting of moral values, ethics and national character fading (moral decadence) including in the world of education. The altemative as problem solving was nation character educating that applied in the leaming process. However, in its implementation it was not optimal so that it encouragcd the govemment through the Ministry of Education and Culture in establishing Strengthening character education policy by Perpres 87/2017 to implement harmonization of the heart (religious and nationalist), thinking (independent), sports (mutual cooperation), and initiative (integrity). This research is a qualitative research with a triangulation approach to obtain an overview of the implementation of PPK based K.13 in leaming quality improvement in SMP Negeri 2 Tondon Toraja Utara. The techniques collect data by using interviews, observation, and document study, then analys by using interactive models techniques, methods steps collecting data, reducting data, presentating data, and finally conclusing data. The aim of this research is analyzing character education strengthened implementation that has four variable following communication, resources, disposition, and structure that are integrated in leaming documents as syllabus and plan of leaming programme (RPP) and its characteristics. The results of research shows that implementation PPK process is carried out through: 1) communication: school through meetings and teacher delegations participating in BIMTEK training and articulating in the form of RENSTRA; 2) resources: the availability of human resources both in quantity and quality is insufficient, the source of funds has not been participated by parents of students and the community, and facilities (facilities and infrastructure) are inadequate; 3) disposition: applying teachers duty for greetings students who come to school, but need to be improved in terms of role model for discipline; 4) structure: schools implement SOPs, implementing structures for education units and TUPOKSI. The preparing of leaming dokument for syllabus and RPP based on K. 13 the teacher integrates the values of PPK and the Principal and the School Office to carry out the supervision function. The results of the integration PPK based on K. 13 students SMP Negeri 2 Tondon showed a renewal in attitudes of religious and nationalist as the result from the heart, independence as result of the thought, cooperative as result of the sports, and the integrity as result of the initiative
