Abstract
Bimbingan belajar diberikan Guru BK untuk membantu siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam hal meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar dengan menggunakan teori Suherman tentang bimbingan konseling dengan bidang akademik belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, penelitian kualitatif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK di SMP PGRI Marinding belum berjalan sesuai dengan tahap pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar yang dikemukakan Suherman, Guru BK di SMP PGRI Marinding merancang tahap yang lebih sederhana, karena keterbatasan waktu dan memilih tahapan yang sesuai dengan karakter dan kebutuhan siswa. Meskipun Guru BK merancang langkah-langkah pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar secara sederhana namun hasil untuk Kembali mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar yang diberikan Guru BK di SMP PGRI Marining dapat meningkatatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Kata kunci ; Bimbingan, kesulitan. ABSTRACT Study guidance is provided by BK teachers to help students who experience learning difficulties in improving student academic achievement. This research aims to analyze the implementation of study guidance using Suherman's theory regarding counseling guidance in the academic field of learning. The method used in this research is qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that the stage of implementing tutoring carried out by the BK Teacher at SMP PGRI Marinding had not gone according to the stage of implementing tutoring proposed by Suherman. The BK Teacher at SMP PGRI Marinding designed a simpler stage, due to time constraints and chose stages that were appropriate students' character and needs. Even though the guidance counselor designed the steps for implementing tutoring in a simple way, the results were to overcome students' learning difficulties. The conclusion in this research is that the implementation of tutoring provided by the guidance and counseling teacher at PGRI Marining Middle School can improve students' academic achievement.
