Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Persepsi Guru Tentang Nilai-Nilai Kristiani dalam Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SDN 109 Seriti” yang menganalisis persepsi guru tentang nilai-nilai kristiani dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SDN 109 Seriti. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menyelidiki perbedaan interpretasi nilai-nilai kristiani di antara guru dan dampaknya terhadap karakter siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi pada satu guru PAK dan tiga siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi positif guru terhadap penerapan nilai-nilai seperti kasih, tolong-menolong, kejujuran, dan pengampunan, baik dalam pembelajaran maupun kehidupan sekolah sehari-hari. Nilai-nilai tersebut dinilai krusial dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi nilai-nilai Kristiani yang efektif dalam pembelajaran. ABSTRACT This thesis, entitled "Analysis of Teachers' Perceptions of Christian Values in Christian Religious Education Subjects at SDN 109 Seriti," analyzes teachers' perceptions of Christian values in Christian Religious Education subjects at SDN 109 Seriti. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study investigates the differences in interpretation of Christian values among teachers and their impact on students' character. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from one Christian Religious Education teacher and three students. The results show that teachers have a positive perception of the implementation of values such as love, mutual assistance, honesty, and forgiveness, both in learning and daily school life. These values are considered crucial in shaping students' character. This research recommends ongoing training for teachers to improve their understanding and effective implementation of Christian values in learning.
