Abstract
SINDI RANTE LEMBANG (2020296655). PEMIMPIN KRISTEN DAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP" Analisis Peran Pemimpin Kristen terhadap Transformasi Ekonomi melalui Entrepreneurship in the Kibaid Chruch Rantedada Congregation" (dibimbing oleh Andres Barata Yudha Ph.D dan Semilia Malino M.Pd). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mengenai peran pemimpin Kristen terhadap transformasi ekonomi melalui entrepreneurship. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Pelayanan Pemimpin Kristen tidak terbatas pada aspek spiritual tetapi juga memberikan perhatian terhadap perekonomian karena ekonomi berperan penting dalam Gereja. Salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi jemaat adalah masalah ekonomi sehingga pemimpin Kristen harus bersikap proaktif mencari solusi terhadap masalah tersebut. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi jemaat adalah entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship memberikan berbagai manfaat salah satunya yakni dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan juga transformasi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, transformasi ekonomi melalui entrepreneurship tidak dapat terjadi begitu saja tetapi memerlukan peran pemimpin Kristen yang berperan sebagai gembala, guru, motivator dan fasilitator. Pemimpin Kristen sebagai gembala harus memahami dan mencari solusi atas permasalahan jemaat. Sebagai guru, mereka mengajarkan jemaat melalui perilaku sehari-hari untuk bekerja keras. Sebagai motivator, pemimpin Kristen mendorong jemaat dengan praktek nyata, bukan hanya kata-kata dan sebagai fasilitator, mereka memberikan pelatihan keterampilan usaha untuk membekali jemaat sebelum memulai usaha. This research aims to analyze the role of Christian leaders in economic transformation through entrepreneurship. This study is qualitative, utilizing data collection techniques such as literature review and field studies. The Service of Christian leaders is not limited to spiritual aspects but also extends to economic issues, as the economy plays a vital role in the Church. One of the common problems faced by the congregation is economic hardship, which requires Christian leaders to proactively seek Solutions. One solution to address the congregation's economic issues is entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship ojfers various benefits, including promoting economic growth and economic transformation. The findings of this research indicate that economic transformation through entrepreneurship does not occur spontaneously but requires the involvement of Christian leaders who act as shepherds, teachers, motivators, and facilitators. As shepherds, Christian leaders must understand and seek Solutions to the congregation's problems. As teachers, they educate the congregation through daily behavior to work diligently. As motivators, Christian leaders encourage the congregation with practical examples, not just words, and as facilitators, they provide business skill training to equip the congregation before starting a business.
