Abstract

ABSTRAK Yensi Bunga Patuju. 2020196664“, Analisis Teologis Integritas Pelayan dalam Konflik Pelayanan Gerejawi di Gereja Gerakan Pentakosta Sion Sangkaropi”. (Dibimbing oleh Dr. I Made Suardana, M. Th dan Tri Oktavia Hartati Silaban Ph. D). Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah pelayan Tuhan melakukan perbuatan yang tidak sesuai pelayanan gerejawi yang berkonotasi negatif dalam pandangan jemaat dan masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang integritas pelayan dalam konflik pelayanan gerejawi di Gereja Gerakan Pentakosta Sion Sangkaropi. Integritas adalah selarasnya gaya hidup dan keyakinan agar keduanya menyatu, kehidupan orang-orang berintegritas ditandai dari kelakuan yang bersih serta memiliki ketulusan dan kejujuran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Temuan menekankan pentingnya integritas dalam menjalankan panggilan untuk melayani dan memuliakan Allah serta jemaat. Pelayan harus mempertahankan reputasi dan konsistensi moral dalam perkataan dan perbuatan, sehingga selaras dengan ajaran yang disampaikan. Mengelola konflik yang berhasil, serta upaya memperkuat hubungan dalam komunitas gereja menjadi kunci untuk mendukung pertumbuhan rohani dan harmoni di lingkungan pelayanan gerejawi. ABSTRACT Yensi Bunga Patuju. 2020196664, Theological Analysis of Servant Integrity in Ecclesiastical Service Conflict in Sion Pentecostal Movement Church Sangkaropi”. (Supervised by Dr. I Made Suardana, M.Th and Tri Oktavia Hartati Silaban, Ph.D). The issue addressed in this study is that servants of God engage in actions that are inconsistent with ecclesiastical service, which has a negative connotation in the eyes of the congregation and the general public. This study aims to analyze the integrity of servants in conflicts related ecclesiastical service at the Pentecostal Sion Sangkaropi Church. Integrity is defined as the alignment between lifestyle and beliefs, ensuring that both are unified. Individuals with integrity are characterized by clean behavior, sincerity, and honesty. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The findings emphasize the importance of integrity in fulfilling the call to serve and glorify God and the congregation. Ministers must uphold a good reputation and moral consistency in both speech and action, aligning with the teachings they impart. Effective conflict management and efforts to strengthen relationships within the church community are key to supporting spiritual growth and harmony in the ecclesiastical service environment.
