Abstract

erselingkuhan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua membuat remaja menjadi kehilangan kepercayaan pada orang lain. Salah satunya dialami oleh seorang remaja di Jemaat Alpha Omega Tarongko. Remaja tersebut kecenderunganmmengalami trust issue, menjadikan dia memiliki ketakutan untuk menjalanimsebuah hubungan dengan orang lain. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh remajamtersebut dapat di tolong dengan menerapkan teknik cognitive restructuring. Teknik cognitive restructuring merupakan upaya mengidentifikasi serta mengubah pikiran irasional menjadi pikiran rasional. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguraikan bentuk perencanaan konseling pastoral dengan teknik cognitive restructuring bagi remaja korban perselingkuhan orang tua di Jemaat Alpha Omega Tarongko. Metode penelitan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian remaja tersebut kecenderungan mengalami trust issue. Perencanaan konseling akan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan. Tahap pertama, konseli menyadari akan pikirannya. Tahap kedua, mengubah proses pikiran konsli. Tahap tiga, mengeksplorasi dan mengubah ide tentang dirinya dan dunia Infidelity committed by parents makes teenagers lose trust in others. One ofthem was experienced by a teenager at Alpha Omega Tarongko congregation. The teenager tends to experience trust issues, making him have a fear of having a relationship with other people. The problenis experienced by the teenager can be helped by applying cognitive restructuring techniques. Cognitive restructuring technique is an effort to identify and change irrational thoughts into rational thoughts. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the form of pastoral counseling planning with cognitive restructuring techniques for adolescent victims of parental infidelity at Alpha Omega Tarongko Congregation. The research method used is qualitative research. Based on the results of the research, these adolescents tend to experience trust issues. Counseling planning will be carried out in three stages. The first stage, the counselee is aware ofhis thoughts. Stage two, changing the counselee's thought process. Stage three, explore and change ideas about himselfand the world.
