Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Kesu' dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru BK terhadap minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan konseling individu, dimana minat siswa kurang maksimal terhadap layanan konseling individu di SMPN 1 Kesu, dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi kepribadian guru BK. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada aspek-aspek kompetensi kepribadian guru BK yang dikemukakan oleh beberapa ahli yang terdapat dalam permendiknas no. 27 tahun 2008. Minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu, mengacu pada teori yang dikemukakan oleh beberapa ahli seperti, Lukas, Fadhilah, Asnawati, dan Indah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan jenis survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 siswa, dengan sampel sebanyak 62 siswa. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa koefisien regresi sebesar 0.662 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa, kompetensi kepribadian guru BK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan konseling individu di SMPN 1 Kesu’. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi kepribadian guru BK, minat siswa, layanan konseling individu Abstrack This research was carried out at SMPN 1 Kesu' with the aim of analyzing the influence of BK teachers' personality competencies on students' interest in participating in individual counseling services, where students' interest in individual counseling services at SMPN 1 Kesu was not optimal, influenced by the personality competence of BK teachers. The theory used in this study refers to the aspects of personality competence of BK teachers put forward by several experts contained in Permendiknas no. 27 of 2008. Students' interest in participating in individual counseling services refers to theories put forward by several experts such as, Lukas, Fadhilah, Asnawati, and Indah. The research method used is quantitative with a survey type. The population in this study is 160 students, with a sample of 62 students. The results of the study using simple linear regression analysis showed that the regression coefficient was 0.662 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, so it was concluded that the personality competence of BK teachers had a significant effect on students' interest in participating in individual counseling services at SMPN 1 Kesu'.
