This study uses a quantitative ex-post facto method with a sample of 50 students selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, linearity tests, and simple regression. The results show a significant influence of peers on the selection of secondary schools with a sig. value of 0.000 and a calculated r of 0.585, (58,5%) indicating a moderately strong correlation.
