Abstract

Dwy Giovani Tonapa (1220229545) menyusun skripsi dengan judul “Pengaruh Layanan Konseling Kelompok Teknik Sosiodrama Terhadap Perilaku Bullying Siswa kelas X.D SMA Kristen Makale”. Perilaku bullying masih menjadi permasalahan yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah dan berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan sosial, emosional, serta proses belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terhadap perilaku bullying siswa kelas X.D SMA Kristen Makale. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan salah satu metode quasi experimental dan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel Penelitian berjumlah 12 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor perilaku bullying pada kelompok eksperimen menurun dari 74 menjadi 65 setelah diberikan layanan, dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,028 (<0,05), sedangkan kelompok kontrol memperoleh nilai 0,066 (>0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif menurunkan perilaku bullying siswa. Dengan demikian layanan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di sekolah. Kata kunci: konseling kelompok, teknik sosiodrama, perilaku bullying. Abstract Dwy Giovani Tonapa (1220229545) wrote a thesis entitled “The Effect Of Group Counseling Services Using The Sociodrama Technique On The Bullying Behavior Of Class X.D Students At SMA Kristen Makale“ Bullying behavior remains a common problem in schools and has negative impacts on students’ social, emotional, and academic development. This study aimed to determine the effect of group counseling using the sociodrama technique on the bullying behavior of Grade X D students at SMA Kristen Makale. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 12 students selected through purposive sampling and divided into an experimental group and a control group. The results showed that the mean bullying behavior score in the experimental group decreased from 74 to 65 after the intervention, with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.028 (<0.05), while the control group obtained 0.066 (>0.05). These findings indicate that group counseling using the sociodrama technique effectively reduces students’ bullying behavior. Keywords: group counseling, sociodrama technique, bullying behavior.
