Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan menurunnya semangat kerja karena kurangnya dukungan motivasi sehingga menciptakan kejenuhan dalam menjalankan tugas yang berdampak muncul sikap kurang loyalitas atau kurang kesetiaan dalam menjalankan pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan loyalitas kinerja karyawan Given Mart di Rantelemo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori motivasi yang mencakup kebutuhan fisiologi, rasa aman, sosial, penghargaan dan aktualisasi diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik toko dan karyawan, serta analisi dokumentasi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, yakni kebutuhan fisiologi, rasa aman, sosial, penghargaan dan aktualisasi diri terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan loyalitas kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT The research is based on the issue of decreasing work enthusiasm due to the lack of motivational support, which creates work fatigue in carrying out tasks and result in attitudes of low loyalty or lack of commitment in completing work. The purpose of this study is to analyze work motivation in improving employee performance loyalty at Given Mart in Rantelemo. This research uses motivational theory that includes physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, in depth interviews with the store owner and employees, as well as relevant document analysis. The result show that work motivation namely physiological needs, sfety needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization has proven effective in increasing employee performance loyalty.
