Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving terhadap peningkatan perilaku asertif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian terbagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket perilaku asertif, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan perilaku asertif yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Rata-rata skor pretest kelompok eksperimen sebesar 83,92 dan meningkat menjadi 120,38 pada posttest. Sementara itu, rata-rata pretest kelompok kontrol sebesar 102,69 dan meningkat menjadi 108,85 pada posttest. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,005), yang menandakan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa. Layanan ini dapat dijadikan alternatif intervensi dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat, menolak secara sopan, dan mempertahankan hak tanpa merugikan orang lain. ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of group guidance services using problem solving techniques on improving students' assertive behavior. This study used a quantitative approach with a pretest–posttest control group design. Subjects were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The data collection instrument used an assertive behavior questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used an independent sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference in assertive behavior improvement between the experimental and control groups. The average pretest score for the experimental group was 83,92, increasing to 120,38 in the posttest. Meanwhile, the average pretest score for the control group was 102,69, increasing to 108,85 in the posttest. The t-test results showed a significance value of 0,000 (<0,005), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Thus, it can be concluded that group guidance services using problem-solving techniques significantly improve students' assertive behavior. This service can be used as an alternative intervention to help students develop the ability to express opinions, politely refuse, and defend their rights without harming others.
