Abstract

Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan siswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja berdasarkan pendekatan experiential learning di SMKN 3 Tana Toraja. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang mempersiapkan lulusan untuk siap kerja memerlukan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat agar siswa dapat mengembangkan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di dunia industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMKN 3 Tana Toraja yang berjumlah 120 siswa dari berbagai jurusan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi terstruktur. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Kata kunci: Experiential learning, kesiapan kerja, SMK, dunia kerja, pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze student readiness for entering the workforce based on the experiential learning approach at SMKN 3 Tana Toraja. Vocational High Schools as educational institutions that prepare graduates for work readiness require appropriate learning strategies so that students can develop the competencies needed in the industrial world. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. The research subjects were 120 students from various majors in grade XII at SMKN 3 Tana Toraja. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and structured observations. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using the Miles and Huberman model.
