Abstract
Berlina, 2025: Pengaruh Penggunaan Smartphone Terhadap Perilaku Belajar Mahasiswa Semester Empat Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen Di IAKN Toraja. dibimbing oleh bapak Barotolomius Budi, S.Pd., M.Th. dan bapak Serdianus, M.Th. Penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari permasalahan yang ditemukan dilapangan yaitu dilihat mahasiswa menggunakan smartphone pada saat dosen sedang menjelaskan materi dan pada saat dosen memberikan pertanyaan atau tugas, ditemukan 40% mahasiswa menggunakan smartphone untuk mencari jawaban dan aktif dalam kelas dan 60% juga mahasiswa yang terlihat menggunakan smartphone namun tidak mampu menjawab pertanyaan dari dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa semester empat program studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen Di IAKN Toraja, adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif survei. Data diperoleh dengan cara membagikan instrumen dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskripsi, uji normalitas dan pengujian variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara penggunaan smartphone terhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa semester empat program studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen di IAKN Toraja. Kata kunci: Smartphone, Perilaku Belajar ABSTRACT Berlina, 2025: The Influence of Smartphone Usage on the Learning Behavior of Fourth Semester Students of the Christian Religious Education Study Program at IAKN Toraja. supervised by Mr. Barotolomius Budi, S.Pd., M.Th. and Mr. Serdianus, M.Th. This study is based on the problems found in the field, namely students were seen using smartphones when the lecturer was explaining the material and when the lecturer was giving questions or assignments, it was found that 40% of students used smartphones to find answers and were active in class and 60% of students were also seen using smartphones but were unable to answer questions from the lecturer. This study aims to describe the influence of smartphone use on the learning behavior of fourth-semester students of the Christian Religious Education study program at IAKN Toraja, the research method used is quantitative survey research. Data was obtained by distributing instruments and documentation with data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, normality testing and variable testing. The results of the study showed a significant influence between smartphone use on the learning behavior of fourth-semester students of the Christian Religious Education study program at IAKN Toraja.
