Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh menurunnya kesopanan peserta didik, penggunaan salah media sosial dan pergaulan bebas. Oleh karena itu, Kerja sama antara orang tua dengan guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi tantangan moral peserta didik. Sehingga dengan demikian tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian, untuk mengetahui kolaborasi orang tua dan guru PAK dalam menghadapi tantangan moral peserta didik pada era disrupsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, melalui pengamatan, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi orang tua dan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan moral peserta didik sudah dilakukan namun belum terlalu maksimal karena masih banyak kasus yang terjadi. Kolaborasi orang tua dan guru Pendidikan agama Kristen dalam menghadapi tantangan moral peserta didik pada era disrupsi di sekolah menengah pertama negeri 9 Seko dilakukan melalui komunikasi antara orang tua dengan pihak sekolah, melibatkan orang tua dalam pembelajaran peserta didik di rumah, serta orang tua ikut berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan pendidikan peserta didik. Kata kunci: Kolaborasi, Moral, Era Disrupsi ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the decline in students' politeness, incorrect use of social media and promiscuity. Therefore, cooperation between parents and teachers is really needed in facing students' moral challenges. So the aim to be achieved in the research is to find out the collaboration between parents and PAK teachers in facing the moral challenges of students in the era of disruption. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that collaboration between parents and teachers in dealing with students' moral challenges has been carried out but is not yet optimal because there are still many cases that occur. Collaboration between parents and teachers Christian religious education in facing students' moral challenges in the era of disruption at the 9 Seko state junior high school is carried out through communication between parents and the school, involving parents in students' learning at home, and parents participating in developing students' education.
