Abstract

Tulisan ini memiliki fungsi dan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah Kepala Lembang untuk Meningkatkan penjualan Kain Tenun. Strategi yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan pemasaran kain tenun, yaitu dengan strategi pemasaran platform seperti facebook,Tiktok, dan WA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Kepala Lembang dalam Meningkatkan pemasaran kain tenun Rea dengan media sosial berhasil diaplikasikan oleh masnyarakat pengrajin kain tenun di Lembang Rea Tulak Langi, dapat dilihat dari peningkatan permintaan konsumen, peningkatan pendapatan pengrajin kain tenun, dan meningkatnya pasar nasional. Kepala Lembang di Rea Tulak Langi' mampu memberdayakan masnyarakat pengrajin kain tenun, dengan menjaga kualitas produk kain tenun, agar mampu bersaing dengan produk daerah lain, dan terus mengembangkan kreatifitas produk kain tenun Rea. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif baik itu ide, dana, atau tenaga dalam meningkatkan strategi Kepala Lembang dalam pemasaran kain tenun serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi masyarakat pengrajin kain tenun untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran platform dalam membangun sebuah usaha yang stabil dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pemasaran, dan Kain Tenun. ABSTRACT This article aims to describe the Head of Lembang's strategy in increasing marketing of woven fabrics. The strategy used to increase the marketing of woven fabrics is platform marketing strategies such as Facebook, TikTok and WA. The results of the research show that the Head of Lembang's strategy to increase the marketing of Rea woven cloth using social media has been successfully applied by the community of woven cloth craftsmen in Lembang Rea Tulak Langi, which can be seen from the increase in consumer demand, the increase in income of woven cloth craftsmen, and the increase in the national market. The Head of Lembang at Rea Tulak Langi' is able to empower the community of woven fabric craftsmen, by maintaining the quality of woven fabric products, so that they are able to compete with other regional products, and continue to develop the creativity of Rea woven fabric products. This research provides a positive contribution in terms of ideas, funds or energy in improving the Head of Lembang's strategy in marketing woven fabrics and provides recommendations for the woven fabric crafts community to implement platform marketing strategies in building a stable and sustainable business.
