Abstract

Verbal bullying yang masih ditemui dalam dunia pendidikan harus ditangani dengan serius, agar dapat menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, nyaman dan damai. Kurangnya perhatian sekolah terhadap kasus perundungan yang terjadi, menciptakan rantai perundungan yang tak terputuskan. Karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apa saja bentuk sinergi yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan guru Pendidikan Pancasila dalam upaya untuk mereduksi verbal bullying di SMA Kristen Makale. Komunikasi dan koordinasi menjadi kunci dalam menjalankan sinergi, sejalan dengan pernyataan yang tertuang dalam tulisan Nurdin Mokoginta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis dapat ditarik benang merah bahwa, sinergi antara guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan guru Pendidikan Pancasila dapat mereduksi kasus verbal bullying yang terjadi di SMA Kristen Makale. Kata Kunci : Verbal Bullying, sinergi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan guru Pendidikan Pancasila. Verbal bullying that is still widely found in the world of education must be handled seriously, in order to create a safe, comfortable and peaceful school environment. The lack of school attention to bullying cases that occur, creates an unbroken chain of bullying. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see what forms of synergy are carried out by Christian Religious Education teachers and Pancasila Education teachers in an effort to reduce verbal bullying at Makale Christian High School. Communication and coordination are the keys to carrying out synergy, in line with the statement contained in Nurdin Mokoginta's writing. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a data collection process through interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the synergy between Christian Religious Education teachers and Pancasila Education teachers can reduce cases of verbal bullying that occur at Makale Christian High School.
