Abstract
ABSTRAK Sarce Gala: 2020154385, tahun 2019 menyusun skripsi yang berjudul To Parengnge’ Tinjauan Teologis Sosiologis Tentang Dampak Kepemimpinan To Parengnge ’ terhadap Perkembangan Jemaat Akung di Gereja Toraja Klasis Sasi Utara. Pembimbing I: Petrus Tiranda, M.Th., dan pembimbing II: Novita Toding, M.Pd. Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam memimpin dan mempengaruhi setiap anggota yang dipimpinnya. Dan dalam masyarakat Toraja dikenal juga tentang kepemimpinan to parengge ’. Kepemimpian To Parengnge’ berperan dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang tertib, aman, adil dan sejahtera. Tetapi realita yang terjadi dalam lapangan to perengnge' tidak lagi mengemban tugasnya dengan baik karena To Parengnge’ sangatlah berkuasa dalam gereja sehingga perkembangan Jemaat sangat tergantung pada kepemimpinan To Parengnge’ seperti halnya pembangunan yang di lakukan oleh Jemaat Akung yang belum selesai-selesai karena To Parengnge’ kurang mendukung dalam pembangunan yang sementara dikerjakan oleh warga jemaat. To Parengnge’ di Jemaat Akung bukanlah majelis gereja tapi pengaruhnya kepada jemaat sangat besar. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka, observasi dan wawancara, setelah itu dilakukan analisis yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang dampak kepemimpinan t o parengge’ terhadap perkembangan jemaat.khususnya di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Akung Klasis Sasi Utara. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa: Secara positif To parengnge ’ mendukung pelayanan dan pembangunan gereja melalui dana pada upacara-upacara yang diadakan didalam masyarakat Akung. Secara negatif To parengnge ’ sangat dominan mempengaruhi seluruh kegiatan pelayanan dan pembangunan. Akibatnya ada beberapa anggota Majelis Gereja tidak aktif lagi dalam pelayanan. SUPERVISOR 1: Petrus Tiranda, M.Th and supervisor 2: Novita Toding, M.Pd. Leadership is a person’s ability to lead and influence every member they lead. And in Toraja society it is also known about leadership To Parengnge'. To Parengnge’ leadership role in creating a society that is orderl, safe, fair and prosperous. But the reality that occurs in the To Parengnge' field no longer carries out its duties properly because To Parengnge' is very powerful in the church so that the development of the congregation is very dependent on To Parengnge' leadership as well as the development carried out by the great congregation which is not finished yet because the To Parengnge' lacks support in the temporary development done by members of the congregation. To Parengnge' in the grand congregation is not a church council but its influence on the congregation is huge. The writing of this thesis isesthe method of library research, observation and interviews afterwards an analysis which aims to pbtain and study in depth about the impact of To Parengnge' leadership on the development of the congregation, especially in the Toraja Church, Akung Klasis Sasi Utara Based on research conducted, te authors conclude that: positive To Parengnge' supports the Service and construction or the church though funds at ceremonies held in the great community. Negative To Parengnge' is very dominant affecting all Service and development activities. As a result there are some church council members no longer active in the ministry.
