Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pelayanan ibadah sekolah minggu untuk anak usia 7-12 tahun di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Gloria Sepang terhadap perkembangan iman anak. Dalam penelitian ini terlihat bahwa strategi mengajar anak sekolah minggu perlu diperhatikan, agar pelayanan berjalan dengan baik. kemudian penelitian ini menggunakan teori dasar tentang strategi pelayanan ibadah dan perkembangan iman anak usia 7-12 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara, yang diberikan kepada guru, anak-anak, dan orang tua dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pendekatan yang interaktif dan kreatif meningkatkan pemahaman anak terhadap nilai-nilai Kristiani dan memperkuat hubungan mereka dengan Tuhan kemudian pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru sekolah minggu juga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Ibadah, Strategi, Perkembangan, Iman ABSTRACT This research analyzes the strategies of Sunday school worship services for children aged 7-12 years at Toraja Church, Gloria Sepang Congregation, concerning the development of children's faith. The study shows that teaching strategies for Sunday school children need careful consideration to ensure effective ministry. This research employs foundational theories on worship service strategies and the faith development of children aged 7-12 years. Data were collected through observations and interviews conducted with teachers, children, and parents, using a qualitative approach. The results indicate that interactive and creative teaching approaches enhance children's understanding of Christian values and strengthen their relationship with God. Furthermore, continuous training for Sunday school teachers significantly contributes to the effectiveness of the ministry. Keywords: Ministry, Worship, Strategy, Development, Faith
