Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan di tingkat sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) tidak hanya menekankan penekanan wawasan dan keahlian teknis peserta didik, tetapi juga berfokus pada pembentukan sikap positif. Maka melalui penelitian ini penulis menemukan model pemberian reward yang dapat menjadi anjuran untuk para guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Dengan populasi, seluruh siswa kelas x otomotif 1 dengan sampel 32 siswa kelas x otomotif 1. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linearitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji variabel. Berdasarkan pengamatan ditemukan bahwa kurangnya perhatian siswa dalam mengikuti mata pelajaran pendidikan agama kristen. Oprant conditioning merupakan penerapan konsep pemberian hasil yang baik dan tidak sebagai alat untuk memodifikasi perilaku. Hasil uji persyaratan analisis ditemukan ada pengaruh antara pemberian reward (x) dalam meningkatkan perilaku positif (y) sebesar 0.620. Maka kesimpulannya bahwa pemberian reward dapat meningkatkan perilaku positif siswa. Kata kunci: Reward, Perilaku Positif Abstract Education at the vocational high school level not only emphasizes student’s insight and technical skills, but also focuses on forming positive attitudes though the principle of acceptance. This concept of thinking about acceptance is realized through reward. Therefore, through this researcher was able to find a reward model that can be recommended for students. The method used in this research is quantitative with a symmetric associative survey research type. The population in this student in class x automotive 1 with a sample of 32 students in class x automotive 1. The data collection method used a questionnaire instrument. Tests carried out are normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, hypothesis test and variable test. Based on the observation that have been made, it was found that the lack of attention of students in taking cristian religion education subjects was due to a lack of support for achievement. Opran conditioning is a application of the concept of providing good results and not as a tool to modify individual behavior. The results of the analysis reequipments test found that three was an influence between giving reward (x) in increasing positive behaviour (y) of 0.620. So, it can be concluded that giving rewards can be increase student’s positive behaviour. Key Words : Reward, positive behavior.
