Abstract
Abstrak Hesty Sriwanti Lai': "Analisis pedagogis pola asuh wanita karir dalam perkembangan spiritualitas anak di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Leso". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola asuh wanita karir dalam perkembangan spiritualitas anak di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Leso. Pola asuh merupakan cara orang tua dalam mendidik dan mengarahkan anak. Untuk itu sangat penting penerapan pola asuh yang baik oleh wanita karir kepada anak dalam hal perkembangan spiritualitasnya. Untuk menganalisis pola asuh wanita karir dalam perkembangan spiritualitas anak di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Leso, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data selanjutnya dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita karir dan dua anaknya. Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan bahwa wanita karir ini membina anaknya sejak dari kecil dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai agama kepada mereka seperti halnya kerajinan membaca Alkitab dan berdoa. Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh, Wanita Karir, Spiritualitas Anak. Abstract Hesty Sriwanti Lai’: "Pedagogical analysis of career women's upbringing in the development of children's spirituality in the Toraja Church of the Leso Congregation”. The purpose of this study was to analyze the parenting pattem of career women in the development of children's spirituality in the Toraja Church of the Leso Congregation. Parenting is the way parents educate, guide and direct their children. For this reason, it is very important to apply good parenting by parents to children in terms of their spiritual development. To analyze the parenting model of career women in the development of children's spirituality in the Toraja Church of the Leso Congregation, in this study the authors used qualitative research methods with descriptive type. Data collection techniques were then carried out through observation and interviews. The informants in this study were a career woman and her two children. The results of the research that the authors get are that these career women nurture their children from a young age by instilling religious values in them, such as reading the Bible and praying.
