Abstract
Masalah dalam keluarga di atasi oleh seorang konselor keluarga, konselor keluarga harus menguasai kesepuluh sikap konselor agar dapat melakukan proses konseling dengan efektif, sikap konselor dapat dipelajari melalui sebuah film salah satu yang menarik yaitu film Encanto dimana tokoh utamanya Mirabel menggunakan sikap konselor untuk mengatasi keretakan hubungan dalam keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sikap konselor dalam film Encanto melalui tokoh Mirabel dan signifikansinya bagi calon konselor keluarga. Teori yang digunakan dari Totok S. Wiryasaputra yaitu sikap empati, tulus hati, percaya pada proses, tertarik, terbuka, kenal diri, otonom, holistik, dan universalistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif studi kepustakaan dengan teknik analisis semiotika model Charles Sanders Peirce untuk menganalisa struktur tanda (level sintagmatik) dan representasi makna (level paradigmatik). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kehadiran Mirabel menjadi sebuah tanda bahwa setiap konflik dalam keluarga membutuhkan bantuan dari seorang konselor dalam memperbaiki hubungan keluarga yang rusak, untuk mencapai sebuah keberhasilan proses konseling maka calon konselor keluarga penting untuk dibekali dengan pemahaman tentang kesepuluh sikap konselor. Family problems are resolved by a family counselor, family counselors must master the ten attitudes of counselors in order to carry out the counseling process effectively, counselor attitudes can be learned through a film, one of the interesting ones is the film Encanto where the main character Mirabel uses the attitude of a counselor to overcome the rift in her family relationship. The purpose of this study was to analyze the attitude of the counselor in the film Encanto through the character Mirabel and its significance for prospective family counselors. The theory used from Totok S. Wiryasaputra is an attitude of empathy, sincerity, trust in the process, interest, openness, self-awareness, autonomy, holistic, and universalistic. The method used is a qualitative literature study with the Charles Sanders Peirce model semiotic analysis technique to analyze the structure of signs (syntagmatic level) and representation of meaning (paradigmatic level). The results of the study found that Mirabel's presence is a sign that every conflict in the family requires help from a counselor in repairing damaged family relationships, to achieve a successful counseling process, it is important for prospective family counselors to be equipped with an understanding of the ten attitudes of counselors.
