Abstract

ABSTRAK Almei Prinda, NIRM: 2020196682, tahun 2024 telah menyelesaikan skripsi yang berjudul “Konstruksi Teologi Pengharapan Hidup dalam Lagu Catatan Kecil dalam Perspektif Jürgen Moltmann” Di bawah bimbingan Bapak Darius, M.Th dan Ibu Merlin Brenda A. Lumintang, M.Th. Di tengah situasi yang menantang, manusia seringkali mengalami rasa kecewa, depresi, stres, dan putus asa. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kehilangan harapan dan dampak negatif seperti bunuh diri. Teologi pengharapan, sebagaimana yang dikemukakan oleh Jürgen Moltmann, menawarkan solusi atas keputusasaan ini. Lagu “Catatan Kecil” juga memuat tema pengharapan dalam kehidupan. Budaya populer khususnya musik, bisa menjadi media untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan pengharapan kepada khalayak luas. Budaya populer dapat menjadi cerminan dari kondisi sosial dan psikologis manusia dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Dengan demikian penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk mengonstruksi pesan-pesan teologi pengharapan hidup dalam lagu Catatan Kecil dengan lensa teologi pengharapan Jürgen Moltmann. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik untuk menafsirkan makna lagu dan menghubungkannya dengan teori teologi pengharapan Moltmann. Melalui analisis mendalam, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pesan-pesan teologi pengharapan hidup dalam lagu Catatan Kecil mencerminkan pemikiran Moltmann. Seperti pentingnya bersyukur, menerima kondisi saat ini, menemukan makna dalam kesederhanaan, yakin pada rencana Tuhan, pentingnya memelihara harapan, berbagi kebahagiaan, dan hidup seutuhnya. Lumintang, M.Th. In the midst of challenging situations, humans often experience disappointment, depression, stress, and despair. This can lead to loss of hope and negative impacts such as suicide. The theology of hope, as proposed by Jürgen Moltmann, offers a solution to this despair. The song “Catatan Kecil” also conveys the theme of hope in life. Popular culture, especially music, can be a medium to convey messages of hope to a wide audience. Popular culture can reflect the social and psychological conditions of humans in facing life’s challenges. Therefore, this research aims to construct the messages of the theology of hope in the song “Catatan Kecil” through the lens of Jürgen Moltmann’s theology of hope. This study uses a hermeneutical approach to interpret the meaning of the song and connect it with Moltmann’s theory of the theology of hope. Through in-depth analysis, the results of this study show that the messages of the theology of hope in the song “Catatan Kecil” reflect Moltmann’s thoughts. Such as the importance of gratitude, accepting the current conditions, finding meaning in simplicity, trusting in God’s plan, the importance of nurturing hope, sharing happiness, and living fully.
